The monument to the religious communities is located on Place des Tourangelles, near the monastery of the Ursulines of Quebec.

This monument in the city of Quebec was unveiled in 1997 by Jean-Paul L'Allier, Mayor of Quebec, and Mr. Pierre Boucher, President and CEO of the National Capital Commission of Quebec at the 325th anniversary of the death of Mary of the Incarnation.
